Since I was a teenager I have had a love for writing and creating art. When I became a mum I took some time to journey within and figure out what my path looked like as a woman guiding precious earth angels through life. As it turns out because of my children I have come back to my love of writing and creating artworks.

At the end of 2021 my son was diagnosed with Autism. We had started preparing him from a young age for this outcome. We guided him through self regulation and self awareness by giving him tools that are within us all. The first book that I self published in June 2021, ‘How To Stop Time’ was created with the intention to help not only my children but other parents who are going through similar situations. I know I am not alone in this journey but at times it does feel so lonely. I realised that my struggles were also my strength and this lead me to start writing Children’s Books and creating other tools to assist our future warriors on their journey through life. Tools that we all have within us and should be nurtured from a young age.
